Enjoy your stay in this quiet approx. 65 sqm apartment, newly-renovated in 2022, nestled in the beautiful Tonbach Valley with a wonderful, if not spectacular summer and winter view into nature from the south-facing balcony. 

The apartment has 1 Room with double bed, 1 Single Room and a high-quality sleeper-couch for 2 people in the living room area, thereby offering accommodation for up to 5 people. A cozy dining area and an alcove with desk rounds off this nicely furnished apartment on the 5th floor.

In modern Black Forest flair, the apartment comes with free Wifi. Additionally, a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee and tea, as well as a small selection of vinegars, oils and spices available) and a cozy dining area looking out into the green rolling hills await you. The apartment has one bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. 

You have access to a well-maintained indoor and heated swimming pool and a secured underground parking space in the complex. The south-facing balcony as well as the living room offer a unique if not spectacular view into nature and the rollings green hills.

 The wonderful hiking trails start virtually right outside the front door. Enjoy the wonderful nature and the fresh, clean air the Black Forest has to offer (and many more) - simply a dream! 

For cyclists, there is a secured storage box for bikes, as well as a lockable and secured grid box for e-bikes in the underground garage.

For winter sports enthusiasts, the apartment has a secured lockable basement room to store winter sports equipment such as ski equipment and sleds.

Out young guests will appreciate the playroom in the entrance area, also offering a small trampoline, table tennis, table football and a fitness stepper. 

The Apartment “Black Forest Dream” is located in the famous Tonbach Valley, and in the same street as one of the most famous 3-star gourmet temples in Germany, the Traube Tonbach. 

The Tonbach Valley is only about 2.5 km from the center of Baiersbronn, is easily accessible by a leisurely walk (about 25 minutes), perfect to enjoy the pure and fresh Black Forest air!

good to know:

• At a small fee you can also use the sauna and solarium in the house (the sauna is coin-operated and used on a private basis, with no access for others) – ideal for those rainy days! 

• The bar in the reception area is open Tuesdays and Fridays with a small but good selection of homemade dishes and drinks at reasonable prices (opening hours: 18h00 - 22h00). Breakfast is also available at the bar Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (08h30-10h30), on prior reservation. 

• By train, bus or car many attractions are within reachable distance. A bus stop is only a few meters away from the apartment. Besides, with your Black Forest Plus Card, all public transport is cost-free, a good reason to explore the region in an environmentally-friendly manner. For those arriving by car, our secured underground parking is available, free of charge. 

• Shopping for daily food needs can be done nearby, the nearest supermarket is about 600 meters from the apartment (a very well-stocked Edeka supermarket with bakery), as well as a variety of cafes and restaurants nearby. Other stores and discounters such as Aldi, Norma, Lidl and DM are about 10 minutes’ walk and equally reachable by car quickly. 

WE ARE "BLACK FOREST PLUS" HOSTS

After having made a confirmed booking, each guest receives a personalized “Schwarzwald Plus” Card, with which more than 80 local attractions, with diverse vacation and cultural- and leisure activities can be used, all free of charge. You also have free travel on buses and trains in the region.

ACCESS FOR GUESTS

As guest you have access to a free secured underground parking bay, access to the common public facilities in the complex (indoor swimming pool, sauna, solarium, bar area, lobby, children's playroom, youth room (mini-football, table tennis, trampoline). 

IMPORTANT NOTe

As Baiersbronn is a tourist- and health resort, each guest is obliged to pay a Visitor's Tax of 3 euros per guest per day. Prior to your arrival we are obliged to register each guest/visitor (whether local or international) at the local tourist authority to this end. For this we require a copy of your passport or ID (which information is exclusively and only used for registration purposes by the Tourist Office). This is also mandatory in order to issue you with your "Black Forest Plus" card/s. You will receive your guest card/s together with your key upon arrival.
